NCR Follow-Up Register and Statistics Dashboard for Construction Projects

This is an Excel Spreadsheet for following up the NCRs of a construction project (and not only).

It covers all the important data that need to be recorded in an NCR like location, activity, owner, closure date, cost, corrective actions and several dates.

The spreadsheet also includes a very simple Dashboard which can be sent to the management and basically gives an overview of where the major issues are and if there are any trends. Our proposal is always to include a simple visual graphic of the latest major NCR and use that Dashboard as a poster at your project.

You will also get the print-outs in pdf to see how they should look once printed out.

The spreadsheet uses some simple pivot tables and it will definitely need to be adjusted to cover your needs and your project.

There are hundreds of different ways to represent quality data but we tried to keep this one really simple.
